Founder
Patrick Labib was born and raised in Los Angeles. A multidisciplinary builder, creator, and problem solver. He has worked on some of Los Angeles and Orange County’s most complex and diverse construction projects, including both commercial and residential developments.
Patrick facilitated the execution of over $1 Billion worth of design and construction translating over 4 Million square feet. These projects include Intercontinental Hotel, Great Wolf Lodge Hotel, and Sofi Stadium.
Prior to starting his own practice, Patrick worked executive roles for several well known firms Including Turner Construction Company and RYDA Ventures.
Throughout his 12-year career, he has focused on delivering exceptional results to his clients, understanding the importance of building strong, long-lasting relationships with the people he works with.
In addition to his work in construction, Patrick is passionate about giving back to his community. He has volunteered with a number of local organizations over the years, and is always looking for ways to make a positive impact on the people around him. Whether through his professional work, mentorship or his volunteer efforts, Patrick is committed to becoming the best construction professional in his class.
He has served on the board of directors for the Association of General Contractors and now currently serves as a board member for Habitat for Humanity, where he dedicates his time to providing Affordable housing solutions for families in need.
